This class is designed for the youngest members of our group—based somewhat on age, but more so on ability, coordination, and comfort level of the child. We introduce beginning skills through water play, bubble blowing, basic movement, and floating, with a focus on safety in and around the water. This is not a learn-to-swim program—but more water awareness and introduction to the aquatic environment. Parent(s) must be in the water with their child. *Swim diapers are required  for those not yet toilet trained.

This is geared to the young explorers, as they begin to navigate the wonderful world of water. Increased coordination allows more specific and more independent movement, improving on skills previously learned. Water safety in and around water, water readiness, and combining arms & legs, are incorporated while using water play. Instructor led – preparing to get child ready for the next step in group lessons. Parents MUST be in the water with these students. Classes are held in the therapy pool. Swim diapers are REQUIRED for those not potty trained.
