Using the classic Pilates Reformer apparatus, participants kneel, stand and sit, using body weight and fluid motions to create a balanced body and strong core. Our Pilates Reformer sessions will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Register for Private or Group sessions.

The new gym floor includes 3 new pickleball courts. This is a paddle-ball sport that is open to the public, all you need is a Y Membership or a guest pass! Times vary for games, so check the gym schedule for availability!
